Start by determining the final size of the document that you are inserting.
4 Fold fits into a 4 1/2 x 5, 4 ½ x 6 and 7 ½ x 5 ½ Envelope 3 Fold (standard tri-fold) fits into a 5 1/2 X 10, 9 ½ x 6 and 10 Ύ x 6 Ύ Envelope 1 Fold fits into a 6 ½ x 10 and a 7 x 10 an Envelope NO Folds (flat sheets): Standard 8 ½ x 11 sheet - flat fits into a 9 ½ x 12 Envelope -- or a slightly larger 10 x 12 Envelope for easier insert/removal Legal Pages - flat fit into 12 x 15 Envelope Business Card fits into 4 x 3 Envelope
